The eldest of four children, I was honored to receive a prestigious congressional appointment to the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. While at the Academy, I played varsity football for three years while maintaining several leadership positions in the Brigade of Midshipmen.

Following my graduation from the United States Naval Academy, I served in the United States Marine Corps as a commissioned officer. While serving in the Marines, I was accepted for Naval Flight School and qualified as a Naval Aviator achieving rank of Captain. After traveling throughout the world, I decided to pursue a career in corporate America.
